R410 Terms & Conditions of Platform Use

Please read this document carefully before using the r410 platform. By registering or using any of our services, you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all terms stated herein.

Effective date: 1 January 2026. These Terms are subject to amendment from time to time.

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and r410 ("Platform", "We"). Access to and use of the r410 website and all services provided by this platform are subject to these Terms.

By registering an account, logging in, or using any part of the platform, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years of age;
  • You are a resident or a user legally eligible to access such online services;
  • All information you provide during registration is truthful, accurate, and up to date;
  • You fully understand and accept all terms set out in this document.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must stop using the r410 platform immediately.

2. Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities

Each user is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on r410. Registering multiple accounts under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or closed without prior notice.

You are solely responsible for:

  • Keeping your account password secure and not sharing it with anyone;
  • All activity that occurs under your account, whether carried out by you or any other party;
  • Updating your personal information whenever changes occur, including your email address and phone number;
  • Report to the r410 support team immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation.

R410 shall not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from a user's failure to keep their login credentials secure. The platform reserves the right to request additional identity verification at any time to ensure account security.

General User Responsibilities

Users agree not to misuse the r410 platform in any way, including but not limited to: fraudulent attempts, use of automated software (bots), manipulation of the odds system, hacking, or any activity that compromises the integrity of the platform or other users. Violations of these terms may result in legal action and account closure without refund of any remaining balance.

3. Payment Information & Transactions

All transactions on the r410 platform are processed in Malaysia's official currency, Ringgit Malaysia (RM / MYR). r410 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies directly. Any currency conversion, if required, is the user's responsibility, and we do not cover the associated conversion costs.

Accepted payment methods include online bank transfers via FPX, e-wallets such as Touch 'n Go Ewallet, and other methods that may be added from time to time. The latest list of available payment methods can be found in the deposit section after logging in to your account.

Important information regarding transactions:

  • Successfully verified deposits are typically credited to your account within a few minutes;
  • Withdrawals are subject to internal verification processes and may take up to 1–3 working days;
  • R410 reserves the right to hold or delay withdrawals for security review or compliance purposes;
  • Any suspicious transaction attempts may result in the account being temporarily suspended while a review is conducted;
  • Users are responsible for ensuring that the bank account details provided are accurate and belong to themselves.

R410 is not liable for delays caused by third parties such as banks or payment service providers. For any transaction-related issues, please contact our customer support team with the relevant proof of transaction.

4. Liability Limits, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links

Liability Limits

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, r410 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of funds, betting losses, service disruptions, or technical errors.

The r410 platform is provided on an "as is" basis, without any express or implied warranties regarding continuous availability, accuracy of information, or fitness for a particular purpose. We strive to keep the platform running smoothly, but cannot guarantee it will be free from interruptions or errors at all times.

Intellectual Property

All content on the r410 platform — including logos, interface designs, text, graphics, software code, and brand names — is the exclusive property of r410 or its respective licensors. Users may not copy, redistribute, modify, or use any such content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from r410 management.

Third-Party Links

The r410 platform may contain links or references to third-party services, including game providers, payment processors, and content providers. r410 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third parties. Use of third-party services is entirely at the user's own risk.

5. Account Suspension & Closure Policy

R410 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account, with or without prior notice, for the following reasons:

  • The user is found to have violated any part of these Terms;
  • Suspicious or suspected fraudulent activity has been detected on the account;
  • The user has registered multiple accounts;
  • The user has failed to meet the requested identity verification requirements;
  • Outcomes from internal compliance reviews or regulatory authority requests;
  • Accounts that have been inactive beyond the specified period with no transaction activity.

Users may also request to close their own account at any time by contacting the r410 customer support team. Any remaining balance in an account closed at the user's request will be processed in accordance with standard withdrawal procedures, subject to necessary security checks.

For accounts closed due to a breach of these Terms, r410 reserves the right to withhold any remaining balance as compensation for damages incurred, subject to case assessment and applicable laws.

6. Changes to Terms & Applicable Law

R410 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time without prior notice to users. The latest effective date will be updated at the top of this document.

It is the user's responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the r410 platform following any amendments constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These Terms and any disputes arising from them are governed by the applicable laws of Malaysia. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably shall be referred to the appropriate courts of jurisdiction in Malaysia.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, it shall be interpreted to the maximum extent possible in accordance with its original intent, and all remaining provisions shall continue to be in full force and effect.
